{"id":12969,"date":"2021-03-09T09:10:47","date_gmt":"2021-03-09T08:10:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.caudete.org\/ayuntamiento\/?p=12969"},"modified":"2021-03-09T09:10:47","modified_gmt":"2021-03-09T08:10:47","slug":"caudete-parking-s-l-plantea-al-pleno-municipal-desarrollar-169mil-m2-en-suelo-industrial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.caudete.org\/ayuntamiento\/caudete-parking-s-l-plantea-al-pleno-municipal-desarrollar-169mil-m2-en-suelo-industrial\/","title":{"rendered":"Caudete Parking S.L. plantea al Pleno Municipal desarrollar 169mil m2 en suelo Industrial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Caudete abordar\u00e1 en esta ma\u00f1ana un asunto de trascendencia para el sector econ\u00f3mico de la localidad, pues tendr\u00e1 que estimar o desestimar la propuesta que <em>Caudete Parking, S.L<\/em>. presenta para la llevar a cabo un programa de actuaci\u00f3n urban\u00edstica (PAU) en suelo industrial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dictaminado favorablemente por unanimidad en la <em>Comisi\u00f3n de Obras y Urbanismo<\/em> celebrada el pasado Jueves, la Corporaci\u00f3n Municipal dar\u00e1 luz verde al Programa de Actuaci\u00f3n Urbanizadora (PAU) de Iniciativa Particular a Desarrollar en r\u00e9gimen de gesti\u00f3n indirecta cuya Alternativa T\u00e9cnica Incluye un Plan Parcial (con Evaluaci\u00f3n Ambiental Ordinaria) en el Pol\u00edgono de los Villares (SAU I-2) de Caudete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cumplimiento con la TRLOTAU el Alcalde firm\u00f3 la Resoluci\u00f3n n\u00ba378 de 26\/02\/2021 por la cual la propuesta de Caudete Parking, S.L. es admitida a tr\u00e1mite, y por tanto, elevada al Pleno Municipal para la adopci\u00f3n de los acuerdos pertinentes. Se inicia por tanto un proceso &#8220;<em>extenso e ilusionante que permitir\u00e1 desarrollar suelo industrial, y con ello, la generaci\u00f3n de empleo y riqueza<\/em>&#8221; afirmaba el Alcalde Mois\u00e9s L\u00f3pez, &#8220;<em>y estamos seguros ser\u00e1 el inicio de otros futuros desarrollos de suelo,<\/em> <em>ya que Caudete posee un nudo de infraestructuras y comunicaciones clave para el desarrollo industrial y log\u00edstico&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marian Ballester, Concejal de Urbanismo, fue quien expuso en la Comisi\u00f3n el tema, y quien lo defender\u00e1 esta ma\u00f1ana ante la Corporaci\u00f3n durante la Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria del Pleno Municipal afirmando que &#8220;<em>espera que el Proyecto cuente con la unanimidad de todos los grupos pol\u00edticos, y su colaboraci\u00f3n, en un proceso que necesitar\u00e1 de diferentes Acuerdos del Pleno Municipal&#8221; <\/em>sobre un proyecto que abarca un total de 169.943&#8217;83 m<sup>2<\/sup> de suelo industrial localizado en el Pol\u00edgono Industrial &#8220;Los Villares&#8221;, a la misma vez que adelantaba que el Equipo de Gobierno va a trabajar para que este Proyecto vea la luz lo m\u00e1s pronto posible, cumpliendo siempre con las m\u00e1ximas garant\u00edas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Caudete abordar\u00e1 en esta ma\u00f1ana un asunto de trascendencia para el sector econ\u00f3mico de la localidad, pues tendr\u00e1 que estimar o desestimar la propuesta que Caudete Parking, S.L. presenta para la llevar a cabo un programa de actuaci\u00f3n urban\u00edstica (PAU) en suelo industrial.
