{"id":14677,"date":"2021-05-27T21:18:45","date_gmt":"2021-05-27T19:18:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.caudete.org\/ayuntamiento\/?p=14677"},"modified":"2021-05-27T21:19:22","modified_gmt":"2021-05-27T19:19:22","slug":"asuncion-ferri-nueva-juez-de-paz-de-caudete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.caudete.org\/ayuntamiento\/asuncion-ferri-nueva-juez-de-paz-de-caudete\/","title":{"rendered":"Asunci\u00f3n Ferri, nueva JUEZ DE PAZ de Caudete"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta ma\u00f1ana\u00a0 el Juzgado de Paz de Caudete acog\u00eda el acto de toma de posesi\u00f3n del nuevo Juez de Paz titular y suplente, junto al cese de quien hasta hoy ocupaba dicho honor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todo ello, se realizaba tras el proceso abierto y desarrollado a Instancias del Tribunal Superior de Castilla La Mancha, en el cual el Pleno Municipal propon\u00eda a Asunci\u00f3n Ferri Franc\u00e9s y \u00c1ngela Tom\u00e1s Da Silva como titular y suplente del cargo, una vez que ambas juraron el cargo ante el Juez de 1.\u00aa Instancia e Instrucci\u00f3n de Almansa hace unas semanas, y su posterior publicaci\u00f3n en el BOP n\u00ba53 el pasado 10 de Mayo. <span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dipualba.es\/bop\/ficheros\/2021\/53\/BOP%2053-21-P-39.PDF\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/www.dipualba.es\/bop\/ficheros\/2021\/53\/BOP%2053-21-P-39.PDF<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Virtudes Flores, Juez de Paz saliente entregaba el &#8220;<em>bast\u00f3n<\/em>&#8221; en la Sala de Ceremonias del Juzgado a Asunci\u00f3n Ferri, en presencia de \u00c1ngela Tom\u00e1s y del Secretario del Juzgado de Caudete, acto que tambi\u00e9n ha presenciado el Alcalde Mois\u00e9s L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde la Corporaci\u00f3n Municipal, y en su nombre el Alcalde les traslada p\u00fablicamente las felicitaciones a quienes desde hoy tienen el honor de ostentar el cargo de Juez de Paz, dese\u00e1ndoles suerte, \u00e9xito y discernimiento en su gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Igualmente, aprovecha para agradecer su trabajo y tiempo dedicado a Virtudes Flores por el desempe\u00f1o del cargo desde su nombramiento hasta el d\u00eda de la fecha.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta ma\u00f1ana\u00a0 el Juzgado de Paz de Caudete acog\u00eda el acto de toma de posesi\u00f3n del nuevo Juez de Paz titular y suplente, junto al cese de quien hasta hoy ocupaba dicho honor.
