{"id":23196,"date":"2023-08-28T17:21:50","date_gmt":"2023-08-28T15:21:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.caudete.org\/ayuntamiento\/?p=23196"},"modified":"2023-08-28T17:21:50","modified_gmt":"2023-08-28T15:21:50","slug":"el-alcalde-ratifica-a-vicente-sanchez-rodriguez-como-alcalde-de-fiestas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.caudete.org\/ayuntamiento\/el-alcalde-ratifica-a-vicente-sanchez-rodriguez-como-alcalde-de-fiestas\/","title":{"rendered":"El Alcalde ratifica a Vicente S\u00e1nchez Rodr\u00edguez como Alcalde de Fiestas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Alcalde de la Villa, Mois\u00e9s L\u00f3pez, ha informado acerca de la ratificaci\u00f3n del cargo de Alcalde de Fiestas, toda vez que la Asociaci\u00f3n de Comparsas hab\u00eda propuesto al Edil cambios en la titularidad del cargo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed pues, desde ahora el Alcalde de Fiestas es Vicente S\u00e1nchez Rodr\u00edguez, qui\u00e9n ya desempe\u00f1\u00f3 el cargo con anterioridad, as\u00ed como la Presidencia de su Comparsa (de Moros) durante un periodo. Sustituye por tanto en la Alcald\u00eda Festera al actual Concejal de Fiestas, Francisco Medina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Siendo un cargo que es m\u00e1s bien honor\u00edfico que resolutivo, lo cierto es que responde a una figura tradicional que s\u00f3lo tiene efectos y capacidad de gesti\u00f3n durante los 5 de celebraci\u00f3n de las Fiestas Patronales de Moros y Cristianos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00danicamente se encuentra regulado en el Reglamento Festero de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Comparsas Ntra.Sra.de Gracia, donde la persona propuesta por la entidad festera ha de ser ratificada por el Alcalde del municipio para que sea v\u00e1lido el nombramiento a todos los efectos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, puede leerse de forma integra la Resoluci\u00f3n de Alcald\u00eda n\u00b02271 de 25\/08\/2023 por la que se ratifica el nombramiento de Vicente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">&lt;&lt;&lt;ASUNTO<\/span>: RATIFICACI\u00d3N ACUERDO ADOPTADO POR LA ASOCIACI\u00d3N DE COMPARSAS DE <\/strong><strong>MOROS Y CRISTIANOS NUESTRA SE\u00d1ORA DE GRACIA DE CAUDETE, DE PROPUESTA DE <\/strong><strong>ALCALDE DE FIESTAS<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em><strong>D. MOIS\u00c9S L\u00d3PEZ MART\u00cdNEZ, Alcalde-Presidente del M. I. Ayuntamiento de Caudete <\/strong><strong>(Albacete).<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em>Dada cuenta del escrito presentado por D. Ambrosio S\u00e1nchez Amor\u00f3s, con D.N.I. 74488144E, como presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Comparsas de Moros y Cristianos Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de Gracia de Caudete, con N.I.F. G02015782, de fecha 10 de agosto de 2023 y R.E. 7534 en que solicita se ratifique por el Alcalde la propuesta de designaci\u00f3n de Alcalde de Fiestas para las Fiestas Patronales de Caudete a D. Vicente S\u00e1nchez Rodr\u00edguez; acuerdo que se adopt\u00f3 en la Junta de Directiva de dicha Asociaci\u00f3n, celebrada el 21 de julio de 2023.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em>Dado que seg\u00fan el Reglamento Festero de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Comparsas de Moros y Cristianos Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de Gracia de Caudete en el T\u00edtulo II, \u201cLa organizaci\u00f3n de las Fiestas\u201d, art\u00edculo 8, indica:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em>\u201cArt. 8. La Asociaci\u00f3n de Comparsas propone a una persona, que el Ayuntamiento ratifica, para que desempe\u00f1e el cargo de Alcalde de Fiestas por el tiempo que estima oportuno. \u00c9ste tiene la funci\u00f3n de supervisar y coordinar, junto con los responsables de las Comparsas, la Mayordom\u00eda y el M.I. Ayuntamiento, los actos festeros, y vela por su correcto desarrollo. Adem\u00e1s, ostenta la m\u00e1xima autoridad durante el desarrollo de las Fiestas.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em>Esta Alcald\u00eda-Presidencia, considerando lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 21.1, letra s), de la Ley 7\/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de R\u00e9gimen Local,<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>HA<\/strong> <strong>RESUELTO<\/strong><\/span>:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em><strong>PRIMERO<\/strong>.- Ratificar el acuerdo adoptado por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Comparsas de Moros y Cristianos Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de Gracia de Caudete de designar como Alcalde de Fiestas a D.
