JOS\u00c9 MIGUEL MOLL\u00c1 NIETO, ALCALDE- PRESIDENTE DEL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>M. I. AYUNTAMIENTO DE CAUDETE,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>HACE SABER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se pone en conocimiento de todos los caudetanos en relaci\u00f3n al deber de conservaci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de los inmuebles la siguiente normativa:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-Seg\u00fan el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Ordenaci\u00f3n del Territorio y de la Actividad Urban\u00edstica, Decreto Legislativo 1\/2023, de 28 de febrero, art\u00edculo 137 indica que los propietarios de terrenos, construcciones y edificios tienen el deber de mantenerlos en condiciones de seguridad, salubridad, ornato p\u00fablico y decoro, realizando los trabajos y obras precisos para conservarlos o rehabilitarlos, a fin, en todo caso, de mantener en todo momento las condiciones requeridas para la habitabilidad o el uso efectivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-Seg\u00fan las Normas Subsidiarias de Caudete actualmente en vigor, art\u00edculo 7.1. indica que los propietarios de los edificios est\u00e1n obligados al mantenimiento y conservaci\u00f3n en perfecto estado de solidez y ornato de los mismos en todos sus elementos, incluso los no visibles interior o exteriormente. A los fines de conservaci\u00f3n de los edificios la Autoridad Municipal competente podr\u00e1 dictar las \u00f3rdenes de ejecuci\u00f3n que sean precisas, de oficio o a instancia de cualquier interesado, de conformidad con la legislaci\u00f3n vigente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Lo que se hace p\u00fablico, para general conocimiento y cumplimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>EL ALCALDE,<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/caudete.sedipualba.es\/firma\/documento.aspx?csv=A9AAANADV7EVRVURK24U&amp;modo=abrir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><strong>Documento firmado digitalmente<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BANDO MUNICIPAL D.
