{"id":7200,"date":"2020-05-06T18:58:07","date_gmt":"2020-05-06T16:58:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.caudete.org\/ayuntamiento\/?p=7200"},"modified":"2020-12-15T12:31:01","modified_gmt":"2020-12-15T11:31:01","slug":"subvenciones-adquisicion-de-elementos-de-proteccion-sanitaria-en-establecimientos-de-comercio-hosteleria-y-restauracion-de-castilla-la-mancha","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.caudete.org\/ayuntamiento\/subvenciones-adquisicion-de-elementos-de-proteccion-sanitaria-en-establecimientos-de-comercio-hosteleria-y-restauracion-de-castilla-la-mancha\/","title":{"rendered":"SUBVENCIONES ADQUISICION DE ELEMENTOS DE PROTECCION SANITARIA EN ESTABLECIMIENTOS DE COMERCIO, HOSTELERIA Y RESTAURACION DE CASTILLA-LA MANCHA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plazo de presentaci\u00f3n de solicitudes: Del 26 Mayo 2020 al 25 Junio 2020<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objeto:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La finalidad de estas subvenciones consiste en incrementar las medidas sanitarias y de seguridad en los establecimientos de comercio, restauraci\u00f3n y hosteler\u00eda de Castilla-La Mancha, con el fin de mejorar aumentar el n\u00famero las reservas y el volumen de negocio en dichos sectores.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Destinatarios:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podr\u00e1n ser beneficiarios de las subvenciones reguladas en el presente decreto las personas f\u00edsicas o jur\u00eddicas que desarrollen en Castilla-La Mancha una actividad comercial incluida en alguno de los ep\u00edgrafes del impuesto de actividades econ\u00f3micas que figuran en el anexo III o que sean titulares de bares, cafeter\u00edas o restaurantes incluidos en el Registro General de empresas, establecimientos, asociaciones de empresarios tur\u00edsticos y entidades tur\u00edsticas o empresariales de Castilla-La Mancha, que han visto suspendida su actividad durante el establecimiento del estado de alarma, conforme al Real Decreto 463\/2020, de 14 de marzo, por el que se declara el estado de alarma para la gesti\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n de crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19, y que para el reinicio de su actividad deban adaptarse a los protocolos sanitarios establecidos para cada uno de los sectores mencionados.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Requisitos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los previstos en el art\u00edculo 5.2 del Decreto por el que se regula la concesi\u00f3n directa de subvenciones para la adquisici\u00f3n de elementos de protecci\u00f3n sanitaria en los establecimientos de comercio, hosteleria y restauraci\u00f3n de Castilla-La Mancha.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Importe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La cuant\u00eda m\u00e1xima de la subvenci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de 400 euros.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Criterios:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El orden de prioridad para la adjudicaci\u00f3n de las ayudas, se realizar\u00e1 en funci\u00f3n del orden de la presentacion de las solicitudes hasta agotar el cr\u00e9dito presupuestario establecido.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Documentaci\u00f3n a aportar:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1\u00ba- Anexo II Cuenta justificativa.<br \/>\n2\u00ba &#8211; Las factura\/s o documento\/s de valor probatorio equivalente en el tr\u00e1fico jur\u00eddico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa, y sus justificantes de pago, emitidos conforme a la Orden de 7 de mayo de 2008, de la Consejer\u00eda de Econom\u00eda y Hacienda, por la que se regula la forma de acreditaci\u00f3n del pago efectivo del gasto realizado en materia de subvenciones.<br \/>\n3\u00ba &#8211; En su caso, relaci\u00f3n detallada de otros ingresos o subvenciones que hayan financiado la actividad subvencionada con indicaci\u00f3n del importe y su procedencia.<br \/>\n4\u00ba &#8211; En su caso, documento de representaci\u00f3n para aquellos casos en que se presente la solicitud por un representante sin certificado de representaci\u00f3n (con certificado de persona f\u00edsica).<br \/>\n5\u00ba &#8211;
