{"id":7344,"date":"2020-07-07T20:21:19","date_gmt":"2020-07-07T18:21:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.caudete.org\/ayuntamiento\/?p=7344"},"modified":"2020-12-14T20:00:33","modified_gmt":"2020-12-14T19:00:33","slug":"proyectos-de-prevencion-y-proteccion-frente-al-riesgo-biologico-de-contagio-por-covid-19-modalidad-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.caudete.org\/ayuntamiento\/proyectos-de-prevencion-y-proteccion-frente-al-riesgo-biologico-de-contagio-por-covid-19-modalidad-3\/","title":{"rendered":"PROYECTOS DE PREVENCION Y PROTECCION FRENTE AL RIESGO BIOLOGICO DE CONTAGIO POR COVID-19 (MODALIDAD 3)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plazo de presentaci\u00f3n de solicitudes: Del viernes 10 de julio de 2020 al jueves 30 de julio de 2020<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objeto:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Resoluci\u00f3n tiene por objeto aprobar y efectuar la convocatoria de subvenciones destinadas a fomentar proyectos de mejora en prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales, para el ejercicio 2020.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Destinatarios:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podr\u00e1n acceder a las subvenciones las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas, los Centros Especiales de Empleo con y sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, las entidades sin \u00e1nimo de lucro y los trabajadores aut\u00f3nomos, siempre que todos ellos tengan trabajadores por cuenta ajena.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Requisitos:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>a)<\/strong>Contar con, al menos, con un 50% de trabajadores en alta en un C\u00f3digo de Cuenta de Cotizaci\u00f3n de CLM.<br \/>\n<strong>b)<\/strong>Estar al corriente cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias, estatales y auton\u00f3micas, con la S. Social y de obligaciones por reintegro de subvenciones.<br \/>\n<strong>c)<\/strong>Disponer con un Plan de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales.<br \/>\nd) No haber sido sancionadas por infracciones graves o muy graves en materia de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales, durante el a\u00f1o inmediatamente anterior a la solicitud.<br \/>\n<strong>e)<\/strong>No encontrase incursos en el resto de las circunstancias recogidas en el art\u00edculo 13, apartados 2 y 3 de la Ley 38\/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.<br \/>\n<strong>f)<\/strong>No encontrase, la persona solicitante, los administradores sociedades mercantiles, o aquellos que ostenten la representaci\u00f3n legal de otras personas jur\u00eddicas, incursos en incompatibilidad de la Ley 11\/2003.<br \/>\n<strong>g)<\/strong>No haber sido nunca sancionado o condenado por llevar a cabo pr\u00e1cticas laborales discriminatorias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Importe:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La cuant\u00eda de la subvenci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 del 50% del coste de las inversiones subvencionadas, con un m\u00e1ximo de 2.000 euros por beneficiario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Criterios:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las solicitudes acogidas a la Modalidad 3 se valorar\u00e1n conforme a los siguientes criterios:<br \/>\n<strong>a)<\/strong>Seg\u00fan el tipo y naturaleza de la inversi\u00f3n solicitada.<br \/>\n<strong>b)<\/strong>Por realizarse la inversi\u00f3n en un centro de trabajo ubicado en un municipio incluido en una zona de Inversi\u00f3n Territorial Integrada o en una Zona Prioritaria de Castilla-La Mancha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Documentaci\u00f3n a aportar:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211;<\/strong>Escritura de constituci\u00f3n de la persona jur\u00eddica solicitante.<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211;<\/strong>N\u00famero de Identificaci\u00f3n fiscal (NIF) del empresario o empresa.<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211;<\/strong>Documento que acredite la representaci\u00f3n de la persona jur\u00eddica, o del firmante de la solicitud si representa al solicitante.<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211;<\/strong>Presupuestos o facturas pro forma de las inversiones por las que se solicita subvenci\u00f3n, o tres presupuestos de proveedores distintos, en caso de que la inversi\u00f3n supere las cuant\u00edas para el contrato menor Ley 9\/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector P\u00fablico, solo, cuando las inversiones se realicen con posterioridad a la presentaci\u00f3n de la solicitud de ayuda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lugar de presentaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las solicitudes se presentar\u00e1n de forma telem\u00e1tica con firma electr\u00f3nica, a trav\u00e9s del formulario incluido en la sede electr\u00f3nica de la Administraci\u00f3n de la Junta de
