{"id":7586,"date":"2020-12-07T16:38:03","date_gmt":"2020-12-07T15:38:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.caudete.org\/ayuntamiento\/?p=7586"},"modified":"2020-12-13T18:41:04","modified_gmt":"2020-12-13T17:41:04","slug":"hojas-de-reclamaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.caudete.org\/ayuntamiento\/hojas-de-reclamaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"HOJAS DE RECLAMACIONES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todos los establecimientos, profesionales o empresas, que suministren, expidan o faciliten bienes o servicios al consumidor final, tendr\u00e1n a disposici\u00f3n de \u00e9stos Hojas de Reclamaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si el consumidor no est\u00e1 conforme con la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio, el objeto adquirido, el precio cobrado o cualquier otra circunstancia, podr\u00e1 solicitar en el mismo establecimiento la Hoja de Reclamaciones<\/p>\n<p><b>PARA LOS CONSUMIDORES<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Si decide solicitar la Hoja de Reclamaciones en un establecimiento, tenga en cuenta:<br \/>\nEn todos los casos, debe asegurarse de que su reclamaci\u00f3n corresponde a hechos ciertos y comprobados.<br \/>\nLas hojas de reclamaciones consisten en un juego de impresos autocalcables, que consta de:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Un folio original de color blanco, que deber\u00e1 entregar en la OMIC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Una copia de color rosa, que deber\u00e1 entregar a la empresa o profesional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Una copia de color verde, que deber\u00e1 quedar en poder del reclamante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deber\u00e1 cumplimentarla de forma legible y con may\u00fasculas, seg\u00fan las instrucciones existentes al dorso de dicha hoja.<\/p>\n<p>No dude en consultar al empresario o empleado del establecimiento, ellos le informar\u00e1n y facilitar\u00e1n su cumplimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Deber\u00e1 cumplimentarla en el mismo establecimiento, ya que el empresario o empleado puede realizar las alegaciones que considere oportunas en la misma Hoja de Reclamaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de presentar su reclamaci\u00f3n en la OMIC, debe reunir toda la documentaci\u00f3n que avale sus pretensiones (facturas, presupuestos&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p><b>PARA LOS EMPRESARIOS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Todos los establecimientos, profesionales o empresas, que suministren, expidan o faciliten bienes o servicios al consumidor final, tendr\u00e1n a disposici\u00f3n de los consumidores Hojas de Reclamaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, deber\u00e1n exhibir en el establecimiento de forma permanente y perfectamente visible al p\u00fablico, un cartel seg\u00fan el modelo oficial, anunciando la disposici\u00f3n de dichas hojas.<\/p>\n<p>Los empresarios que tengan su domicilio social en el municipio de Caudete, podr\u00e1n recoger las Hojas de Reclamaciones y el cartel informativo en la OMIC, facilitando previamente los datos fiscales de la empresa.<br \/>\nAsimismo, les informaremos sobre c\u00f3mo cumplimentarlas correctamente.<\/p>\n<p>Y por \u00faltimo, algunos consejos:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>No olvide cumplimentar siempre el recuadro de datos de la empresa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Tenga siempre las hojas de reclamaciones a disposici\u00f3n del p\u00fablico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>No niegue nunca las hojas de reclamaciones a quien se lo demande, puede Ud. incurrir en infracci\u00f3n administrativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none; text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Facilite al consumidor su cumplimentaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de que se le agoten los ejemplares facilitados, solicite m\u00e1s impresos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Todos los establecimientos, profesionales o empresas, que suministren, expidan o faciliten bienes o servicios al consumidor final, tendr\u00e1n a disposici\u00f3n de \u00e9stos Hojas de Reclamaciones.
